职业院校教学能力比赛对高职院校青年教师教学能力培养的思考——以九江职业大学为例 被引量:14

摘要 文章以高职院校教师教学能力要求为切入点,剖析高职青年教师在专业素养、课程开发能力、课题实施能力等方面的主要问题和不足。结合全国职业院校技能大赛职业院校教学能力比赛的要求,浅析比赛在促进青年教师专业素养提升、改进课堂实施方式和方法、课程开发能力的提高等方面的作用。 Based the requirements of teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the main problems and deficiencies of young teachers in professional quality, curriculum development ability, subject implementation ability and other aspects. Through the analysis of the role of the national vocational college teaching ability competition in improving young teachers’ teaching ability, this essay expect to help the young teachers to clear their learning objectives and use the right learning methods, so as to promote the overall development of the young teachers’ comprehensive ability. The growth of young teachers can further promote the development of higher vocational education to adapt to the current education reform and information technology innovation.
