“三明治”式航海教育模式海上实习改革研究 被引量:4

摘要 "三明治"式教育模式是国际通行的一种航海类专业教育模式,即"理论-实践-理论"模式。随着世界航运人才市场对航海教育供给侧改革要求的日趋强烈,"三明治"式航海教育模式已在中国航运人才教育中悄然兴起。现在,国内外很多公司的船上都逐步迎来了中国海事院校培养的"三明治"班的实习学生。这些实习生与之前一贯制模式毕业的实习生不同,如果船上还是采用之前的实习生培养模式,可能会影响他们的实践学习效果,甚至影响他们投身航海事业的热情。所以针对"三明治"班的实习生的实践教育和培养,应该有新的教学计划和安排。 "Sandwich" educationmode is an internationally accepted mode of navigation education, that is, the "theory-practice-theory" mode. With the increasingdemand of the world shipping talent market for the supply side reform of navigation education, the "sandwich" navigation education mode has emerged in China’s shipping talent education. Now, many companies at home and abroad have gradually been taking in the "sandwich" class internship students trained by Chinesemaritime universities. These interns are different from those who graduated from traditional training system. If the old intern training mode is still adopted on board, it may affect the interns’ learning effect, and even affect their enthusiasm in navigation. There should be new plans and arrangements for the practicaltraining of the "sandwich" class interns.
