摘要
为了提高家用烘干机的可靠性和稳定性,本文提出了一种家用烘干机的PLC自动控制系统,并详细介绍了烘干机的工作原理和PLC控制系统。通过分析烘干机的工作过程和控制要求,设计了PLC可编程控制器的家用烘干机控制系统。经过仿真表明,系统运行稳定,能够满足高效、高可靠性的自动化要求。
In order to improve the reliability and stability of household dryer, this paper presents a PLC automatic control system of household dryer, and introduces the working principle and PLC control system of the dryer in detail. By analyzing the working process and control requirements of the dryer, the PLC programming method is determined to realize automatic control. The simulation results show that the system is stable and can meet the automation requirements of high efficiency and reliability.
