根据玉林市当前推进农村产权制度改革中农村产权确权登记颁证、农村产权流转交易市场建设、农村产权流转交易风险防范机制建设等工作现状,分析了玉林市农村产权制度改革发展的主要难点,提出推进玉林市农村产权制度改革发展的建议对策,旨为广西乃至全国提供可复制可推广的经验。

According to the present situation of registration and certification of rural property right confirmation,construction of rural property right circulation transaction market and construction of risk prevention mechanism of rural property right circulation transaction in Yulin City,this paper analyzes on the main difficulties in the reform and development of rural property right system in Yulin City,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the reform and development of rural property right system in Yulin City,in order to provide Guangxi and even the whole country with replicable and popularizing experience.
