摘要
高速铁路列车调度对于铁路行业的准点率和可靠性具有关键作用。当列车运行偏离计划时,调度指挥部门制定运输调整方案并下达实施,尽可能使列车运行恢复到原有计划,减少对旅客和运行秩序产生的影响。干扰条件下的列车运行实时调整问题,是高速铁路非正常情况下调度指挥工作的重要任务,是运输组织调整优化的重要内容。本文重点研究高速铁路列车在区间发生故障这一扰动情景下的列车运行调整问题,从微观层面把列车在路网上的运行抽象为对离散行车资源的占用,建立了故障持续时间确定条件下的以所有列车晚点总时间最小为目标的混合整数规划模型,通过改变列车到发时刻、运行径路、次序等实现运输调整的目标,用线性规划商业软件CPLEX求解。以京沪高铁北京南—德州东区段为例,验证了确定性故障持续时间模型的有效性,结果表明求解结果和求解时间随着故障持续时间的增加而增加。本文提出的模型和算法可以辅助调度员在故障发生后的较短时间获得最优调度方案,提高调度应急处置的能力。
es the operation of trains on the rail network into the occupation of discrete driving resources on the micro level,and establishes a mixed integer programming model under the certain failure duration with the goal of minimize the total delay time of all trains.The goal of the transportation adjustment is achieved by changing the train arrival time,running route,sequence,etc.We then solve the model by a linear programming commercial software called CPLEX.The paper takes the Beijing—Dezhou section of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway for example,verifying the effectiveness of the model of certain failure duration.The results show that the solution results and solution time increase with the increase of fault duration time.The proposed model can assist dispatchers to get the optimal scheduling solution in a short time after the failure occurs and improve the emergency handling ability of dispatching departments.
