Researching on the Wine Culture of Qing Dynasty in Guizhou from Zhuzhi Ci (一)

酒文化在中华各民族中源远流长,贵州也是名酒之乡。贵州酒文化不同于中原流转于文人士大夫的诗词歌赋之中,根据贵州竹枝词的记载,当地的酒文化与贵州普通老百姓的日常生活紧密联系在一起。本文从休闲娱乐、社交往来、酒宴风俗、农事饮食四个方面探讨酒文化与贵州各民族社会生活的关系。

Wine culture has been spreading for a long time among all ethnic groups in China,and Guizhou is also a famous wine town.Guizhou wine culture is different from the poetry and lyrics of literati and doctors in Central Plains.According to the records of Guizhou Zhuzhi Ci,the local wine culture is closely related to the daily life of ordinary people in Guizhou.This paper explores the relationship between wine culture and social life of various ethnic groups in Guizhou from four aspects:leisure and entertainment,social intercourse,wine banquet custom and farming diet.
