基于专家系统的某雷达远程故障诊断系统

A Remote Radar Fault Diagnosis System Based on an Expert System

某型号雷达的日常维护维修主要由部队技术人员借助简单的仪表及工具完成,有时候遇到无法解决的故障时,只能由装备厂家派技术人员带着工装等进行现场支援维修。为了更方便地对该型号雷达进行售后维修工作,本文设计了一种基于专家系统的远程故障诊断系统,可以在异地该雷达装备进行诊断,远程指导部队技术人员完成故障定位,大大节省了雷达的维修成本。本文先对专家系统进行了设计,然后将专家系统与Web服务器结合起来,实现了某雷达的远程故障诊断系统。

The daily maintenance of a radar is mainly accomplished by the technical personnel of an army unit with common instruments and tools.For radar faults that the technical personnel of the army unit cannot remove,the radar manufacturer has to send technical personnel and tooling to the army unit to remove the faults on site.This paper presents a remote radar fault diagnosis system based on an expert system to facilitate the after-sale maintenance of the radar.With the proposed fault diagnosis system,fault diagnosis of the radar can be carried out remotely and technical personnel of the army unit can be guided remotely to locate the faults,greatly reducing maintenance cost of the radar.To implement the proposed remote radar diagnosis system,an expert system is designed and then combined with a Web server.
