摘要
本文针对弹载W波段平板缝隙阵列天线的结构设计和工艺实现开展研究。为保证电气尺寸精度及制造成本,对天线的波导缝隙阵列制造方案进行了探索,并从满足机械加工工艺性和焊接工艺性等方面入手,详细介绍了该天线的结构设计及工艺实现过程。最后,对该W波段平板缝隙阵列天线进行了电气指标测试,测试结果表明该天线的结构设计与加工工艺合理可行,满足该天线电气指标的设计要求。
Structural design and fabrication technology of a slotted planar array antenna for W-band applications are researched.In order to ensure electrical dimensional accuracy and lower fabricating cost,fabrication schemes of slotted waveguide array antennas are researched.Structural design and fabrication technology that optimize the antenna machining and welding accuracy and quality are described in detail.Finally,electrical performance specifications of the proposed antenna are tested.Test results show that the proposed antenna meets its design electrical specification requirements.Therefore,the structural design and fabrication technology of the proposed antenna are rational and feasible.
