摘要
为了探究当下网约车平台与乘客之间的博弈关系,本文以网约车平台的补贴政策和乘客选择的服务类型为研究对象,通过分析各局中人的特点,建立了演化博弈模型,并进行了相应的演化路径分析.研究结果表明网约车平台的补贴政策和服务质量影响乘客服务类型选择,该模型存在的3个稳定点的演化路径,分别对应于网约车平台新业务开展的初期、成熟期和衰退期.最后根据研究结论提出了保障用户体验,提供差异化服务和科学出行的建议.
To explore the relationship between the online car-hailing platform and the passengers,this paper takes the subsidy policy of the online car-hailing platform and the service type selected by passengers as the research object. An evolutionary game model is established by analyzing the characteristics of players,and the evolution path is analyzed. The research results show that the subsidy policy and service quality of the online car-hailing platform affect passengers’ service type selection. The evolution paths of the three stable points in the model correspond to the initial,mature and recession phases of the new business development of the online car-hailing platform. Finally,based on the research conclusions,suggestions for safeguarding the user experience,this paper proposes differentiated services.
