摘要
领导干部媒体素养是衡量领导干部本领高强与否的一个重要指标。通过调查发现,湖北地区领导干部能主动接触媒介,选择信息能力较强,对新兴媒体影响力的认识较为客观、正向。但领导干部的媒介素养与实际工作需要存在较大差距。因此,应开展领导干部媒介素养专题培训,增加他们对媒介基本认知,增加其与媒体打交道的相关实践,提升其与媒体打交道的自觉性。
The media literacy of leading cadres is an important indicator for measuring the ability of leading cadres.Through investigation,it is found that leading cadres in Hubei can actively contact the media,have a strong ability to choose information,and have an objective and positive understanding of the influence of emerging media.However,there is a large gap between the media literacy of leading cadres and the actual work needs.Therefore,special training on media literacy of leading cadres should be carried out to increase their basic knowledge of the media,increase their relevant practices in dealing with the media,and improve their consciousness in dealing with the media.
