优质护理模式对产妇产后哺乳技能及纯母乳喂养的影响

Effect of high-quality nursing mode on postpartum nursing skills and exclusive breastfeeding

目的研究优质护理模式对产妇产后哺乳技能及纯母乳喂养的影响。方法选取90例于某院住院分娩的产妇,随机分为实验组和对照组,各45例。对照组使用常规护理方法,实验组使用优质护理干预。比较两组产后3 d、6周、3个月的母乳喂养率、Latches评分以及护理后满意度。结果与对照组相比,实验组产后3 d、6周及3个月的纯母乳喂养率均较高;实验组产后6周、3个月的Latches评分与满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式可以显著提高产妇产后的哺乳技能及纯母乳喂养率,提升护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing mode on postpartum nursing skills and exclusive breastfeeding.Methods 90 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each with 45 cases.Routine nursing was used in the control group and high-quality nursing intervention was used in the experimental group.The breast-feeding rate,latches score and satisfaction rate after nursing were compared between the two groups in three days,six weeks and three months after delivery.Results Compared with the control group,the exclusive breastfeeding rate of the experimental group was higher in the 3rd,6th and 3rd month of postnatal period,and the latches score,and satisfaction rate of the experimental group were higher in the 6th and 3rd month of postnatal period(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing mode can significantly improve the breastfeeding skills and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,and improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worth popularizing.
