联合应用高频超声及彩色多普勒超声诊断良性胆囊息肉样病变的临床价值

Clinical application of high frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign gallbladder polypoid lesions

目的:探讨临床应用高频超声(HFU)联合彩色多普勒超声(CDU)诊断良性胆囊息肉样病变的价值。方法:对2017年8月至2019年5月收治的142例经联合应用HFU及CDU检查提示为良性胆囊息肉样病变,且具有病理学检查结果的患者资料进行回顾性分析,评价HFU联合CDU的诊断准确性。结果:本组患者最常见的病理类型为胆固醇息肉,占62.7%;其次为炎性息肉,占22.5%,术前使用HFU联合CDU诊断良性胆囊息肉样病变,确诊133例,误诊9例,准确率为93.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合应用HFU及CDU是诊断良性胆囊息肉样病变的准确方法,可在临床广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of high frequency ultrasound(HFU)combined with color Doppler ultrasound(CDU)in the diagnosis of benign gallbladder polypoid lesions.Methods A total of 142 patients,from August 2017 to May 2019,who underwent combined application of HFU and CDU for benign gallbladder polypoid lesions with pathological findings were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of HFU combined with CDU.Results The most common pathological type of this group of patients was cholesterol polyps,accounting for 62.7%;followed by inflammatory polyps,accounting for 22.5%.Preoperative use of HFU combined with CDU to diagnose benign gallbladder polypoid lesions,confirmed 133 cases,misdiagnosed 9 cases,the accuracy rate was 93.7%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of HFU and CDU is an accurate method for the diagnosis of benign gallbladder polypoid lesions,which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
