Application of CT in diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

目的:CT诊断是现阶段应用最广泛的疾病诊断方法之一,本文将会通过试验方法验证CT诊断在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎中的应用价值。方法:选取本院在2018年8月到2019年7月期间内的儿童支原体肺炎患者作为此次实验的对象,所有的试验对象一共有30名,在实验的过程中收集试验对象进行CT诊断时所有的资料。结果:30名试验对象经过CT技术的诊断,其中15名试验对象被确诊为双侧肺叶病变,15名试验对象被确诊为单侧肺叶病变。通过CT诊断技术可以清楚地呈现病变部位的影像。结论:因支原体肺炎病变情况的复杂性,CT诊断技术可以清晰地呈现出病变位置的影像,所有的影像资料都可以成为医生诊断的依据,并且为后期的治疗提供可靠的资料,在儿童肺炎病情的诊断中有着较为良好的应用价值。

Objective CT diagnosis is one of the most widely used diagnostic methods at present.This paper will verify the value of CT diagnosis in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods The children with mycoplasmal pneumonia in our hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were selected as subjects of this experiment.All the subjects had a total of 30 subjects.During the course of the experiment,the subjects were collected for CT diagnosis.All the information.Results Thirty subjects were diagnosed by CT technique.15 subjects were diagnosed with bilateral lobectomy and 15 subjects were diagnosed with unilateral lobectomy.The image of the lesion can be clearly presented by CT diagnostic techniques.Conclusion Due to the complexity of mycoplasmal pneumonia,CT diagnosis technology can clearly display the image of the lesion location.All the imaging data can be used as the basis for doctor's diagnosis,and provide reliable information for the later treatment,in children with pneumonia.The diagnosis has a relatively good application value.
