多层螺旋CT脑血管造影诊断脑动脉瘤的应用评价

Evaluation of multislice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms

目的:评价多层螺旋CT脑血管造影诊断脑动脉瘤的应用价值。方法:选取我院2017年8月至2019年2月经病理检查确诊为脑动脉瘤的患者85例,患者均进行多层螺旋CT脑血管造影,观察诊断准确性。结果:85例脑动脉瘤患者经多层螺旋CT脑血管造影,多层螺旋CT脑血管造影诊断检出83例,检出率97.65%,与手术病理结果相比,P>0.05。结论:在脑动脉瘤诊断中,多层螺旋CT脑血管造影诊断准确性较高,是一种有效的脑动脉瘤影像学检查方法,值得借鉴。

Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms.Methods 85 patients with cerebral aneurysms confirmed by pathological examination in our hospital(August 2017 to October 2018)were selected.All patients underwent MSCT cerebral angiography to observe the diagnostic accuracy Results 85 cases of cerebral aneurysms were diagnosed by MSCT cerebral angiography,83 cases were diagnosed by MSCT cerebral angiography,the detection rate was 97.65%,P>0.05 compared with the surgical pathological results.Conclusion In the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms,multislice spiral CT cerebral angiography is more accurate and is an effective imaging method for cerebral aneurysms.
