磁共振体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像在肺癌中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像技术(IVIM-DWI)在肺癌中的诊断价值。方法:将2018年2月至2019年2月在我院就诊的39例肺癌患者纳入研究,所有患者均接受磁共振IVIM-DWI扫描,经处理后得到扩散系数D、灌注相关扩散系数D*以及灌注分数f,分析D、D^*以及f值在不同类型肺癌中的差异表现。结果:39例肺癌IVIM-DWI参数值中D值为(0.82±0.18)×10^-3mm2/s、D*值为(22.51±7.92)×10^-3mm^2/s、f值为(32.28±8.57)×10-3mm^2/s,小细胞癌组的D值与鳞癌组、腺癌组差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而D^*值与f值无差异。结论:磁共振体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像技术可对不同类型肺癌诊断提供有效的参考依据。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the non-coherent diffusion-weighted imaging technique(IVIMDWI) in the lung cancer Methods 39 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study All patients underwent magnetic resonance IVIM-DWI scanning.After treatment,the diffusion coefficient D,perfusion related diffusion coefficient D ’ and perfusion fraction f were obtained.The differences of D,D’ and f values in different types of lung cancer were analyzed.Results In 39 cases of lung cancer,the D value was(0.82±0.18)×10^-3mm^2,the D*value was(22.51±7.92)×10^-3mm^2/s,and the f value was(32.28±8.57)×10^-3mm^2/s.The D value of small cell carcinoma group was significantly different from that of small cell carcinoma group and small cell carcinoma group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between D*value and f value.Conclusion The non-coherent diffusion-weighted imaging in the magnetic resonance voxel can provide an effective reference for the diagnosis of different types of lung cancer.
