黄葵联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果及对患者蛋白尿相关指标水平的影响

Effects of musk-mallow combined with benazepril on chronic glomerulonephritis and its effects on the levels of proteinuria-related indicators in patients

目的探讨黄葵联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果及对患者蛋白尿相关指标水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年4月辽宁省某医院收治的96例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组患者给予盐酸贝那普利片口服,研究组患者在对照组基础上于餐后1h给予黄葵胶囊口服,2组患者均连续治疗2个月。比较2组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况,同时比较2组患者治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量(24hUPQ)、尿红细胞计数(RBC)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及肾小球滤过率(eGFR)水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的81.25%(39/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者24hUPQ,尿RBC,BUN,Scr及eGFR水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者24hUPQ,尿RBC,BUN及Scr水平均低于治疗前,eGFR水平高于治疗前,且研究组患者24hUPQ,尿RBC,BUN及Scr水平均低于对照组,eGFR水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为6.24%(3/48),低于对照组的18.75%(9/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄葵联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,可明显缓解患者症状,改善患者肾功能且并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of musk-mallow combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its effects on the levels of proteinuria-related indicators in patients.Methods Ninety-six patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to a hospital in Liaoning province from June 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the random number table method was used to divide them into a control group and a study group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were orally given benazepril hydrochloride tablets.Patients in the study group were orally given musk-mallow capsules 1 hafter each meal on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared,and the levels of 24 hurinary protein quantification(24 h UPQ),red blood cell(RBC)in urine,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%(46/48),which was significantly higher than that of 81.25%(39/48)in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of 24 hUPQ,RBC in urine,BUN,Scr,and eGFR between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,patients in the study group had significantly lower levels of 24 hUPQ,RBC in urine,BUN,and Scr(P<0.05),as well as significantly higher eGFR level(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 hUPQ,RBC in urine,BUN,and Scr in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the eGFR level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.24%(3/48),which was significantly lower than the control group′s 18.75%(9/48)(P<0.05).Conclusion Musk-mallow combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can significantly alleviate the symptoms,improve the renal function of patients with fewer complications,and is worthy of wider clinical application.
