摘要
基于《摩托车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第四阶段)》规定新生产注册的摩托车需要配备OBD系统的要求,设计电喷摩托车车载诊断系统。采用模块化的设计方法将摩托车OBD系统划分为3个主要功能模块进行开发,数据采集模块实现模拟信号和数字信号的采集;故障诊断模块完成失火诊断、氧传感劣化故障诊断和典型传感器的电路故障诊断;故障管理模块实现对故障信息的管理、故障指示器的控制以及冻结帧的记录与输出。根据摩托车国四标准要求利用故障模拟装置对摩托车进行Ⅰ型排放循环试验,试验结果表明所设计OBD系统在一个排放循环内能准确识别故障并点亮故障指示器,且尾气污染物排放值在规定的OBD限值以内。
Based on the requirements of Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Motorcycles(CHINAⅣ,the newly-produced or registered motorcycle needs to be equipped with OBD system,and the EFI motorcycle diagnostic system is designed.The modular design method is used to divide the motorcycle OBD system into three main functional modules.The data acquisition module can realize the collection of analog and digital signals.The fault diagnosis module can realize the diagnosis of misfire;diagnosis on degradation fault of oxygen sensor and diagnosis on circuit fault of typical sensors.The fault management module implements management of fault information,control of fault indicators,and recording and output of frozen frames.According to the requirements of new standard,a fault simulation device is used to perform a type I emission cycle test on the motorcycle.The test results show that the designed OBD system can accurately identify the fault and light up the fault indicator within one emission cycle,and the exhaust pollutant value meet the requirements of the specified OBD limits.
