摘要
基于甘肃西部某矿井开采期间巷道围岩支护效果不佳等难题,以该矿五采区内051508机巷工程地质条件为背景,采用三维数值模拟的方法对原有支护方案进行了模拟评价,并基于此提出了6种优化改进支护方案。通过对优化后的支护方案进行对比分析,得出了适合051508机巷的最佳优化方案为方案6.现场矿压观测结果表明,该方案对围岩支护控制效果提升显著,巷道围岩整体变形量较小,保证了巷道在后续掘进和回采过程中的安全稳定。
Based on the problems of poor support effect of the surrounding rock during the mining in a Mine in western Gansu, taken the engineering geological conditions of the 051508 roadway in the No.5 mining zone as object, the existing support scheme was simulated and evaluated by using three-dimensional numerical simulation methods, 6 schemes for optimization and improvement support were proposed. By comparing and analyzing, it is concluded that the best optimization scheme suitable for the 051508 roadway is No.6 scheme. The results of field pressure observations show that the scheme has significantly improved the effect of surrounding rock support control, and the overall deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is small, the safety and stability of the roadway guaranteed during subsequent excavation and mining.
