摘要
针对斜沟煤矿23105工作面14.5 m特厚煤层皮带巷大断面强烈动压巷道支护技术难题,采用理论分析和数值计算相结合的方式,分析了巷道变形机理和应力分布特征,提出了特厚煤层大断面强烈动压巷道支护控制技术。经现场应用可得,采用高预应力强力顶、帮耦合支护技术有效控制了特厚煤层大断面强烈动压巷道变形,取得了良好的支护效果。
Aiming at the technical problem of strong dynamic pressure roadway support for the large cross section of the 14.5 meter ultra-thick coal seam belt roadway in the 23105 working face of the Xiegou Mine, the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation are used to analyze the deformation mechanism and stress distribution characteristics of the roadway. The paper proposes support control technology in strong dynamic pressure roadway for large sections of extra-thick coal seams, the technology consists of high pre-stress in roof and rib combined support, the application controls the deformation of strong dynamic pressure roadways for large sections of ultra-thick coal seams effectively and achieves good results.
