摘要
西铭矿选煤厂原瓦斯监控系统不能满足安全生产的需要,提出采用KJ90X数字化瓦斯安全监控系统进行升级改造,实现了环网与数字化的总线传输和风电闭锁,瓦斯电闭锁功能,极大的提升了安全监控系统的稳定性、智能性、预警性,强化了选煤厂安全生产的技术保障水平。
The original gas safety monitoring system in Ximing coal preparation plant could not meet the needs of safe production, and the paper puts forward that the system upgrade and transformation should be carried out by using KJ90 X digital gas safety monitoring, so as to realize the wind-power blocking, the ring network and digital BUS transmission, the gas-power blocking. The practice improved the stability, intelligence and early warning of the safety monitoring system, and strengthened the technical guarantee level of safe production in the coal preparation plant.
