摘要
针对三产品重介旋流器二段分选密度难以实现在线调控的问题,采用外加磁场的方式探究磁效应对重介旋流器二段分选密度的影响,试验结果表明:外加磁场可以调节三产品重介旋流器二段分选密度,且线圈位于筒体及锥体不同位置时,适用的电流范围及分选效果也有差别。
Aiming at the difficulty of real time control of the second-stage sorting density of three-product heavy-medium cyclone, the effect of magnetic effect on the second-stage sorting density of heavy-medium cyclone was discussed using an external magnetic field. The test results show that the external magnetic field can adjust the three-product heavy-medium cyclone second-stage sorting density, and the operation current range and sorting effect are also different with the coils being located at different positions of the silos and the cone.
