BOPPPS教学模式在中医临床实践教学中的应用研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的探索新型教学模式BOPPPS在中医临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年7月份来医院实习的本科中医专业学生60名,随机分为两组,试验组(BOPPPS教学模式组)30人,对照组(传统教学模式组)30人,教学方法实施2个月后,对比两组实习生教学方法实施前后理论成绩、病史采集、体格检查、病历书写成绩,并对比两组学生调查问卷结果。结果教学方法实施两月后两组间比较,病史采集、临床技能、病例书写成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。调查问卷结果显示在激发学生兴趣、提高学生自主学习能力、提升中医思维、提高医患沟通、中医临床教学更利于学生理解、提高综合分析能力、提高学习效率、提高学生参与度、提高中医临床实践技能、使中医理论知识和临床更好的结合方面,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS在提高学生临床技能各个方面明显优于传统教学模式,作为新的教学模式适合新形势下的中医学适用性人才的培养,值得更好地推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS in Chinese medical clinical practical teaching.Method Sixty undergraduates majoring in TCM in our hospital in July 2018,were randomly divided into two groups,test group(BOPPPS)30 students,control group(Traditional teaching model group)30 students,two months after the implementation of the teaching method,compared the result of the two groups before and after the implementation of teaching methods(Theoretical results,medical history collection,physical examination operation,medical record writing results),and compared the result of the questionnaire between the two groups.Result Two months after the implementation of the teaching method,there were significant differences in medical history collection,clinical skills and case writing between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in theoretical results(P>0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that in the interest of the students,the students’self-learning ability was improved,the thinking of the Chinese medicine was improved,the communication between the doctors and the patients was improved,the clinical teaching of TCM is more beneficial to the students’understanding,the comprehensive analysis ability was improved,the learning efficiency was improved,the participation of the students was improved,the Clinical practice skills of traditional Chinese Medicine was improved,made theoretical knowledge and clinical practice of TCM combine better,the difference between the two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion BOPPPS is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode in improving students’clinical skills in all aspects,as a new teaching mode,it is suitable for the cultivation of Chinese medical fitness talents in the new situation,and it is worth popularizing better.
