摘要 目的研究基于多学科协作诊治的教学查房模式在手足外科临床教学中的应用效果及其相关问题。方法选取在本科室学习的外科学专业规培生为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用基于多学科协作诊治的教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学查房模式,收集并分析两组学生的综合能力及教学质量情况。结果实验组学生的综合能力评价优于对照组(P<0.05),新型教学模式的总体教学质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新型教学模式可以揭示疾病每个发展阶段的治疗重点以及不同学科间的相互联系,从而让学生建立起规范、全面的诊疗意识并有效提高综合能力水平,值得在临床教学中推广采用。 Objective To study the effect and related problems of teaching rounds based on multi-disciplinary treatment in clinical teaching of hand and foot surgery.Methods Surgical students who were in the resident doctor standardization training were selected as the research objects.The experimental group and the control group were divided by random sampling.The experimental group adopted the multi-disciplinary teaching model,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching model.Collect and analyze the comprehensive ability and teaching quality of the two groups.Results The comprehensive ability evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the overall teaching quality of the new teaching model was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new teaching model can reveal the treatment focus of each stage of disease development and the interrelation between different disciplines.It also can help students cultivate a standardized and comprehensive awareness of treatment and effectively improve the level of comprehensive ability,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical teaching.
