摘要
目的耳鼻咽喉因其解剖位置深在,适用于其他科室的Mini-CEX体系在耳鼻咽喉科医师规范化培训中的应用存在一定局限性,本文通过分析Mini-CEX在耳鼻咽喉科教学中的实际情况,探讨存在的问题。方法本文通过调查问卷,研讨会,座谈会等方式对54名规培医师,10名规培教师及参与规培考核过程的患者进行调查分析,对实施Mini-CEX评估过程中发现的问题进行探讨和分析。结果学员规培测评的有效性及督导教师客观性等方面均存在不同程度的不足,Mini-CEX在耳鼻咽喉科的应用需要改进。结论 Mini-CEX的实施对于学员全方位的发展起到了积极的作用,但也存在一些问题,我们需要总结既往教学模式的优缺点,探索前进。
Objective Because of the deep location of otorhinolaryngology, it is difficult to objectively evaluate the clinical skills. By analyzing the actual situation of Mini-CEX in otorhinolaryngology, we discussed the existing problems and explored solutions. Methods We analyzed 54 residents, 10 teachers and a few patients using questionnaire, seminars and conferences to find the problems and put forward feasible solutions. Results The effectiveness of training evaluation and the objectivity of the supervising teacher were deficient in different degrees. Conclusion The implementation of Mini-CEX has played a positive role but there are also some problems. We need to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the previous teaching mode and explore the way forward.
