新入职护士核心能力和关怀能力现状及其影响因素分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的探索新入职护士核心能力和关怀能力现状及其影响因素,为制定新入职护士岗前培训方案提供参考依据。方法选择医院2019年新入职护士101名为研究对象,采用中国注册护士核心能力量表、关怀能力评价量表和自制问卷对研究对象进行调查。结果新入职护士核心能力总分为(123.16±29.04)分,处于中等水平;新入职护士关怀能力总分为(185.16±13.32)分,关怀能力低:单因素分析显示,不同应届生、工作经验和性格与核心能力有关(t=3.377,3.202,3.465,P <0.05),不同学历、应届生和性格与关怀能力有关(t=3.932,2.605,2.892,P <0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,学历、是否为应届生、有无工作经验和性格与核心能力有关,学历和性格与关怀能力有关;新入职护士核心能力得分与人文关怀能力得分呈正相关(r=0.371,P <0.01)。结论新入职护士核心能力和关怀能力均不高,与学历和性格有关。 Objective To explore the core competence and caring ability of new entry nurses and its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the development of pre job training program for new entry nurses. Methods A total of 101 new entry nurses in our hospital in 2019 were investigated with competency inventory for registered nurse, caring ability inventory and self-designed questionnaire. Results The total score of core competence was(123.16±29.04),which was in the middle level. The total score of caring ability was(185.16±13.32), which was low. Univariate analysis showed that different fresh students, work experience and personality were related to core competence(t=3.377, 3.202, 3.465, P < 0.05). Different educational background, fresh students and personality were related to caring ability(t=3.932, 2.605, 2.892, P < 0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education, fresh students, work experience and personality were related to core competence, while education and personality were related to caring ability. There was a positive correlation between the scores of new nurses’ core competence and humanistic care competence(r=0.371, P < 0.01). Conclusion The core competence and caring ability of new nurses are not high, which are related to education background and personality.
