摘要
目的调查接受规范化培训的住院医师科研态度和能力的影响因素,为提高住院医师的科研能力提供参考。方法运用调查问卷对47名接受规范化培训的住院医师科研态度和能力因素进行调查。结果学历对于科研能力和科研态度有较大影响;年龄段对于一周内平均阅读医学相关科研文献的时间没有影响,而不同年龄段对于医学数据统计分析的方法掌握对科研需要的满足程度不同,不同年龄段的住院医师主要医学科研能力的缺失各不相同;一周内平均阅读医学相关科研文献的时间对于科研态度没有影响,但对于科研能力却有较大的影响。结论对于不同年龄段、学历的住院医师培训要有针对性,培养住院医师的阅读医学相关科研文献习惯对提升科研能力有支持作用。
Objective To investigate the factors influencing the research ability and attitude of residents under standardized training, and to provide a powerful reference for improving the research attitude and ability of residents under standardized training. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the factors influencing the research ability and attitude of 47 residents who received standardized training. Results It is found that academic degree has great influence on scientific research ability and attitude. Age groups have no effect on the average time spent reading medical research literature within a week. However, different age groups have different degrees of satisfying the needs of scientific research with the methods of statistical analysis of medical data. The average time of reading medical-related scientific research literature within a week had no effect on scientific research attitude, but had a greater impact on scientific research ability. Conclusion The training of residents of different ages should be targeted to cultivate the habit and ability of standardized residents to read medical research literature.
