实施手术室护理对术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响

Effect of Operating Room Nursing on Postoperative Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的了解实施手术室护理对术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法将2016年1月-2018年10月90例手术患者随机数字表法分组,传统护理措施组施行传统的护理措施,手术室全面护理组应用手术室全面护理。比较两组满意度;术后每天饮水量、住院时间;护理前后手术患者下肢静脉血流的速度以及凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间;下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果手术室全面护理组满意度、持续卧床时间、术后每天饮水量、住院时间、凝血功能优于传统护理措施组,P <0.05。手术室全面护理组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于传统护理措施组,P <0.05。结论手术室全面护理在手术护理中有良好作用,其应用可有效的减少下肢深静脉血栓的发生风险。

Objective To understand the effect of operating room nursing on postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods A total of 90 surgical patients from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly assigned to a digital table. The traditional nursing measures group implemented traditional nursing measures, and the operating room comprehensive nursing group applied comprehensive nursing care in the operating room. The satisfaction of the two groups was compared;the daily drinking water and hospitalization time after operation;the speed of venous blood flow in the lower limbs of the patients before and after nursing, the prothrombin time, the activated partial thromboplastin time;the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower limbs. Results Satisfaction, continuous bed rest, daily water intake, hospital stay, and coagulation function in the operating room were better than those in the traditional nursing care group, P<0.05. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the upper limbs of the operating room was lower than that of the traditional nursing measures group, P<0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of the operating room has a good effect in surgical nursing. Its application can effectively reduce the risk of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity.
