高职院校网络微动员现象与引导策略研究

Research on Network Micro-mobilization Phenomenon and Guiding Strategies in Higher Vocational Colleges

具有草根性动员主体、弥散式动员客体、多样式动员内容及公私型动员方式等特征的网络微动员现象已广泛存在于各高职院校内,有助力高校思政动员力度,拓宽高校工作动员广度,增强高校活动动员深度的同时,也对传统校园管理、文化建构、思政教育提出严重挑战。只有政府依法治网、学校依规管网、教师依爱织网、高职生依理用网,四者通力合作,形成网络动员共同体,才能保障高职院校网络微动员朝着健康有序的方向发展。

The network micro-mobilization phenomenon with the characteristics of grass-roots mobilization subject,diffusing mobilization object,multi-style mobilization content,and public-private mobilization methods has widely existed in various higher vocational colleges.While it helps colleges and universities strengthen their ideological and political mobilization efforts,broaden the breadth of university mobilization work and enhancing the depth of college mobilization activities,it also poses serious challenges to traditional campus management,cultural construction,and ideological and political education.Only when the government,the school authority,the faculty and the higher vocational students,all four work together in accordance with the law,can we form a network mobilization community to ensure the network micro-mobilization of higher vocational colleges develops in a healthy and orderly direction.
