现代学徒制是国家培养大批符合现代制造业发展需要的高技术和高技能职业人才的战略方针。工匠作坊的传统学徒制是技艺传承的主要方式,工匠精神是工匠文化中最核心的内容,知行合一是职业教育教学的理论支撑。探析现代学徒制与工匠文化、工匠精神的辩证关系,技术哲学与工匠文化的关系,我们必须重视对工匠文化的传承与实践,必须在现代学徒制中大力提倡工匠文化,将工匠精神转化为职业精神是构建现代职业教育体系的重要内容,是作为社会人力资源培养的重要路径与方法。

Modern apprenticeship is the country’s strategic policy of cultivating a large number of high-tech and high-skilled professionals that meet the development needs of modern manufacturing.The traditional apprenticeship system of craftsman workshops is the main method of inheritance of craftsmanship.The spirit of craftsmanship is the core of craftsman culture.The combination of knowledge and action is the theoretical support of vocational education.While analyzing the dialectical relationship between modern apprenticeship,artisan culture and artisan spirit,and the relationship between technological philosophy and artisan culture,we must attach great importance to the inheritance and practice of artisan culture.We must vigorously promote artisan culture in modern apprenticeship,for it is an important part of building a modern vocational education system to turn artisan spirit into a profession spirit,and it is also an important path and method for the cultivation of human resources in our society.
