Research on the Present Situation of Teaching Affairs Management in Open Education

目前,开放教育的教务管理在理念与模式、招生与教学以及师资队伍建设等方面都存在较大问题。需从转变办学和管理理念、提高管理效率、优化管理资源的配置等方面采取有力措施,提升开放教育教务管理水平,切实保障开放教育质量。

At present,there are some major problems in the teaching affairs management of open education in terms of concepts and models,enrollment and teaching,and the cultivation of teachers.It is necessary to take effective measures to improve the management level of open education teaching affairs and to ensure the quality of open education through the perspective of changing the school running and management concepts,improving management efficiency,and optimizing the allocation of management resources.
