摘要
分布式能源存在点多、接入距离远近不一、接入规约杂等问题,造成整个系统同步运行可靠性低,时钟的可信度差,进一步影响集中调控效率和质量。因此提出基于时间敏感网络的技术方案,研制采用时间敏感网络技术的以太网设备,令分布式能源调控任务中的所有采样数据处在同一个时间断面下,实现控制任务的时间/时序可测量、可预测,为建立高效、低成本的源-网-储-荷调控中心提供重要技术支撑。成果可推广应用至全国源-网-储-荷调控中心,具有广阔的应用前景。
There are many problems associated with grid-connection of distributed energy,such as multiple access points,different access distances and miscellaneous access protocols.These problems casus low reliability of synchronous operation of the whole system and clock,which further affects the efficiency and quality of centralized regulation and control.Therefore,the technical scheme for time sensitive network is proposed and relative Ethernet equipment is developed.The sampling data in the distributed energy control task are synchronized so that the time sequence of the control task can be measured and predicted.It provides important technical support for the establishment of efficient and low-cost source network load storage and control center.The proposed scheme can be promoted to the national source network storage and control center,with a broad application prospect.
