Research on the Theoretical Basis of Physical Medicine Integration From A Multi-Disciplinary Perspective

综合多学科理论,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对体医融合理论根基进行梳理与诠释,旨在阐明体医融合内在理论诉求,并依据体医融合涉及理论根基的特性及价值,提出体医融合实践培养路径。主要结论:体医融合存在对理念方法、组织结构、管理机制、产业发展等方面的理论需求;古代中医学的"治未病"与"动静结合"为体医融合提供理念方法论;社会学中的帕森斯结构功能主义给予体医融合系统运行框架的理论支撑,建议体医融合应注重适应性、传承性、目标性和整合性的培育及塑造;管理学整体政府理论为体医融合跨部门协同治理机制提供理论依据,建议引导体育与医疗部门在机构、职能业务、信息资源及网络服务平台等方面的整合;经济学中的产业融合理论阐释体育与医疗相关产业融合升级的内在机理及规律,并指导体医融合实体产业以技术、业务、市场融合为发展战略的机制路径。

From the perspective of multi-disciplinary theory,this paper used literature,expert interviews,logical analysis and other research methods to review and interpret the theoretical foundation of physical medical integration,aiming to clarify the internal theoretical appeal of physical medical integration,and put forward the practical training path of physical medical integration according to the characteristics and value of the theoretical foundation involved in physical medical integration.Main conclusions:the integration of physical medicine has theoretical requirements on ideas,methods,organizational structure,management mechanism and industrial development.In ancient Chinese medicine,"preventing disease"and"combining activity and activity"provided the philosophy and methodology for the integration of physical medicine and medicine.Parsons structural functionalism in sociology gives theoretical support to the operation framework of the fusion system of physical medicine,and suggests that the fusion of physical medicine should pay attention to the cultivation and shaping of adaptability,inheritance,target and integration.The whole government theory of management provides theoretical basis for the integration of sports and medicine with cross-department collaborative governance mechanism.It is suggested to guide the integration of sports and medical departments in institutions,functional businesses,information resources and online service platforms.The theory of industrial integration of economics explains the internal mechanism and rules of the integration and upgrading of sports and medicine-related industries,and guides the mechanism path of physical medicine integration with the integration of technology,business and market as the development strategy.
