运动休闲特色小镇区域资源分析与优化策略研究——基于区域可持续发展理论

Study on Resource Analysis and Optimization Strategy of Sports and Leisure Towns—Based on the Theory of Regional Sustainable Development

目的:对运动休闲特色小镇区域资源现状进行分析,探索区域可持续发展资源整合优化策略,促进运动休闲特色小镇区域可持续发展。方法:通过文献资料构建运动休闲特色小镇区域资源评价指标体系,借助Arc GIS软件对运动休闲特色小镇区域资源进行分析。结果:1)当前运动休闲特色小镇存在区域劳动力供给与运动休闲特色小镇空间分布失衡,社会分配与运动休闲特色小镇空间分布不协调,经济发展水平与运动休闲特色小镇空间分布相重合,城乡消费差距与运动休闲特色小镇空间分布不均衡,西部地区水资源和森林资源空间分布与运动休闲特色小镇空间分布处于低水平拟合状态,土地资源与运动休闲特色小镇空间分布不均衡等问题;2)通过人口疏解与人才培养并举,促进区域社会可持续发展;3)吸引投资与刺激消费并重,带动区域经济可持续发展,资源聚集与产业重组并进;4)保障区域生态发展可持续,最终形成运动休闲特色小镇区域可持续发展。

Objective:To analyze the current situation of the regional resources of the small town with the characteristics of sports and leisure,and to explore the optimal strategy of the regional sustainable development resources,and to promote the sustainable development of the small town with the characteristics of sports and leisure.Methods:The regional resource evaluation index system of the small town with the characteristics of sports and leisure was constructed by means of the literature,and the regional resources of the small town with the characteristics of sports and leisure were analyzed by means of Arc GIS software.Results:1)There is an imbalance in the spatial distribution of the town space distribution,the social distribution and the town space distribution of the sports and leisure characteristic,and the economic development level is coincident with the spatial distribution of the sports and leisure characteristic towns.The spatial distribution of water resources and forest resources in the western region is in a low-level fitting state,the spatial distribution of land resources and the town space distribution of the sports and leisure characteristics is not balanced,and the like;2)To promote the sustainable development of the regional society through the simultaneous development of the population and the personnel training;3)attract investment and stimulate consumption,and drive the regional economic development to be sustainable;the resource aggregation and the industrial restructuring;and 4)guarantee the sustainable development of the regional ecological development.And finally,the regional sustainable development of the sports leisure characteristic small town is formed.
