篮球运动在全世界范围内得到了广泛的普及与深入的发展,篮球规则是篮球运动规范化的保障,是影响篮球运动发展的关键。随着篮球运动的发展,篮球规则为适应当今的篮球向着快速、高度和高强度对抗的趋势发展,篮球规则也要随之改变。本文运用文献资料法、录像分析法,逻辑分析法对2018FIBA规则主要修改部分进行分析,并就新规则对篮球比赛的影响进行了研究,具体结论如下:1)运球定义的修改提升了篮球比赛的观赏性;2)带球走违例的修改促进了篮球技战术的运用;3)进攻时间规则的修改加快了篮球比赛的节奏;4)技术犯规罚则的修改净化了篮球运动的竞赛环境;5)违反体育运动精神犯规的修改注重了对运动员的人文关怀;6)即时回放系统的修改保证了篮球比赛的公平公正。

Basketball has been widely popularized and developed all over the world.Basketball rules are the guarantee of the standardization of basketball and the key to the development of basketball.With the development of basketball,the rules of basketball are changing to adapt to fast,high and strong confrontation trend of basketball.In this paper,adopted the methods of documentary,expert interview,video analysis,and logical analysis were used to analyze the main amendments to the 2018 FIBA rules,and the influence of the new rules on the basketball game was studied.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.The change of dribbling definition has increased the appreciation of basketball.2.The modification of dribbling violation promoted the application of basketball techniques and tactics3.Changes to the offensive time rule accelerated the first quarter of the basketball game.4.Technical foul penalty changed to purify basketball competition environment 5.Violation of sports spirit foul changed to pay attention to humanistic care on athletes 6.Instant playback system ensures the fair of the basketball match.
