抗阻组合训练对中年肥胖女性减脂效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:综合定量评价抗阻组合训练对身体成分指标的影响,旨在改善中年女性的肥胖问题并提供更为可靠的指导和科学的理论依据。方法:以"Reduced fat OR lose fat OR lose weight"、"Resistance training OR Strength training OR Physical training"、"Middle-age woman OR obesity woman"等为主题词,在Web of science核心数据库、Pub Med等外文文献数据库检索近五年间的相关文献共1592篇,运用Reviewer Manager 5. 3. 5软件建立纳入和排除标准筛选文献并提取符合结局指标的相关文献,通过3轮条件筛选后,最终共纳入9篇。结果:抗阻组合训练对中年女性BM、BMI、Fat%均有显著性的提升效果(p <0. 01),异质性检验分别为P <0. 00001,I2=82%、P <0. 89,I2=0%、P <0. 00001,I2=84%。结论:抗阻组合训练作为一种训练方法不仅能有效改善中年肥胖女性BM、BMI、Fat%等身体成分指标,还能显著提高身体机能水平,对帮助中年肥胖女性科学减脂具有重要意义。 Objective:to comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate the effect of resistance combination training on body composition index,in order to provide more reliable guidance and scientific theoretical basis for improving obesity in middle-aged women.Methods:Based on Reduced fat OR lose fat OR weight,Resistance training OR Strength training OR Physical training,middle-age woman OR obese woman,etc.,1592 relevant literatures in the past five years were retrieved from the core database of Web of science,Pub Med and other foreign literature databases.The Reviewer Manager 5.3.5 software was used to establish inclusion and exclusion criteria to screen literatures and extract relevant literatures meeting the outcome index.After three rounds of conditional screening,a total of 9 articles were finally included.Results:resistance combination training had significant improvement effect on BM,BMI and Fat%in middle-aged women(p<0.01),and heterogeneity test was p<0.00001,I2=82%,p<0.89,I2=0%,p<0.00001,I2=84%,respectively.Conclusion:resistance combination training,as a training method,can not only effectively improve body composition indexes such as BM,BMI and Fat%in middle-aged obese women,but also significantly improve the level of body function,which is of great significance to help middle-aged obese women reduce Fat scientifically.
