大学生休闲体育参与特征研究-以华侨大学为例

A Study on the Characteristics of College Students’ Leisure Sports Participation——Taking Huaqiao University As An Example

通过文献资料法确定休闲体育的概念和高校休闲体育研究现状。运用问卷调查和数理统计等方法研究华侨大学在校本科生的休闲体育参与特征。结论:华侨大学在校学生的余暇时间较多,但在余暇时间内参与体育活动的比例不高;休闲体育活动的项目选择上呈现多元化,并存在着性别差异;在校学生在休闲体育重要性的认知上较为乐观,且参与动机多样;休闲体育消费存在着消费水平较低,消费结构不合理。并针对结论,提出建议:理念先行,解决认识障碍;完善体育课程体系,满足学生的多种需求;提高体育资源利用率,弥补短板;提高学生的休闲体育消费意识,树立正确的消费观。

This paper is to lay the foundation for follow-up study using the method of documentation to define the concept of leisure sports and the research status of leisure sports in colleges and universities.It studies the characteristics of leisure sports participation of undergraduate students in Huaqiao University by means of questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The students in Huaqiao University have much leisure time,but the proportion of leisure sports participation in leisure time is not high.The choices of leisure sports items are diversified,and there are gender differences.The students are optimistic about the importance of leisure sports,and their motivation for participation is diverse.But the consumption level of leisure sports is low and the consumption structure is unreasonable.In view of the conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions:concept first to eliminate the obstacles of understanding;second,perfect the sports curriculum system to meet students’various needs;third,improve the utilization rate of sports resource and make up for shortcomings;and lastly,improve students’leisure sports consumption consciousness and form a right attitude accordingly.
