摘要
体育教师健康素养水平对学生健康教育发展具有重要影响。为了解小学体育教师健康素养基本情况,更好地找寻提升小学体育教师健康素养水平路径。采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对小学体育教师健康知识和理念、健康行为方式、健康教育技能等素养进行研究。研究结论:小学体育教师整体健康素养均值为42. 2,素养具备率为40%(30/75),其中健康知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为、健康技能3个素养的具备率分别为48%(36/75)、33. 3%(25/75)、53. 3%(40/75)。小学体育教师健康素养高于2017年中国居民平均水平(14. 28%),但整体健康素养水平较低,且健康素养水平受文化程度、性别、年龄和教龄影响,存在明显差异。提出建议:建立以国家顶层设计、学校为主阵营、个人发展为补充的"三位一体"培养模式,实施职前培养、入职教育和职后培训"一体化"培育等路径,以期提升小学体育教师健康素养水平。
Physical education teachers’health literacy level has an important impact on the development of students’health education.In order to understand the basic situation of primary school physical education teachers’health literacy and find a better way to improve the level of primary school physical education teachers’health literacy.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the health knowledge and concept,health behavior and health education skills of primary school physical education teachers.The research shows that the average value of primary school physical education teachers’overall health literacy is 42.2,and the possession rate of literacy is 40%(30/75).Among them,the possession rates of health knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills are 48%(36/75),33.3%(25/75)and 53.3%(40/75),respectively.Primary school physical education teachers’health literacy is higher than the average level of Chinese residents in 2017(14.28%),but the overall level of health literacy is low,and the level of health literacy is affected by educational level,gender,age and school age,there are significant differences.Put forward suggestions:establish a"trinity"training mode with top-level national design,schools as the main camp and personal development as the supplement,and to implement the"integration"training of pre-service,induction and post-service training,so as to improve the health literacy level of primary school PE teachers.
