Development of joint maritime military exercises under new situation

海外能源资源、战略通道安全以及海外利益安全问题日益凸显,这不仅是我海军履行新使命面临的新形势,而且对海军组织和参与海上联合军事演习提出了一系列新要求。新形势下我海军需要秉持突破传统思维创新发展理念、致力于构建和谐海洋理念和维护地区安全理念,从打破冷战思维、深化军演内容以及完善联合军事行动战术规则等方面,谋求海上联合军事演习创新发展。

Overseas energy resources,strategic channel security and overseas interests security issues are highlighted.The increasing prominence of the maritime power strategy and the issue of maritime rights and interests constitute a new situation and present a series of requirements for the navy to fulfill its mission,to organize and participate in maritime joint military exercises.Under the new situation,the navy must break through traditional thinking mode and adhere to the concept of innovative development,commit to the concept of building a harmonious ocean and maintaining regional security,and improving the tactical rules of joint military operations.
