摘要 着眼装备技术状态评估的重要作用,分析总结了建立舰船装备技术状态评估机制应当把握的总体原则,构思了构建舰船装备技术状态评估机制的总体思路,并提出了具体的建议措施。 This paper expounds the significance of equipment technical status assessment with a summary of the general principles that should be grasped in establishing the evaluation mechanism,conceives the general idea of building the evaluation mechanism,and specific measures and suggestions are put forward accordingly.
