摘要
永明煤矿5104工作面属于典型的薄煤层开采。为了评价现有回采巷道支护方案的安全可靠性,制定了针对性的巷道矿压监测方案。矿压观测结果显示:巷道围岩变形量小,巷道断面收缩率平均仅0.78%;顶板锚杆测力计最大读数为5 MPa,两帮锚杆测力计最大读数为8 MPa,小于顶板和两帮锚杆设计锚固力。从巷道监测数据分析,巷道两帮和顶板在超前支承压力的作用下没有明显的破坏和塑性变形,现有的支护方案安全可靠,能够达到控制变形与破坏的目的。
Working face 5104 in Yongming Coal Mine belongs to the typical thin coal mining.In order to evaluate the safety and reliability of the existing support scheme of the mining roadway,a targeted monitoring scheme of the roadway mine pressure is developed.The observation results of mine pressure show that the deformation of surrounding rock is small,and the average reduction rate of tunnel section is only 0.78%.The maximum reading of roof bolt dynamometer is 5MPa,and the maximum reading of two-side bolt dynamometer is 8MPa,which is less than the design anchoring force of roof and two-side bolt.According to the analysis of the monitoring data of the roadway,there is no obvious damage and plastic deformation on the two sides and the roof of the roadway under the action of the advance bearing pressure.The existing support scheme is safe and reliable,which can achieve the purpose of controlling the deformation and damage.
