摘要
为研究昌恒煤矿9101综放工作面覆岩活动规律,首先运用数值模拟方法分析了基本顶初次来压及周期来压期间岩移特征,结果显示该工作面直接顶垮落前形成桥式半拱结构及基本顶断裂时形成砌体梁结构,并且分析了采场超前支承压力分布规律。另外计算了初次来压前后直接顶与基本顶的厚度,并对基本顶来压期间结构特征简要分析,据此计算出放顶煤支架合理的支护强度。
In order to study the movement behavior of overburden in 9101 fully-mechanized sublevel caving face of Changheng Mine,first by the method of numerical simulation that the characteristics of rock movement at first weighting period and periodic weighting period is analyzed,the results show that before the direct roof caving of the working face,the bridge semi-arch structure is formed and the masonry beam structure is formed when the basic roof is broken.Also the law of advanced abutment pressure distribution in working face is studied.The structural characteristic of the main roof during the weighting period is briefly analyzed and the thickness of the direct roof and the main roof before and after the first weight is calculated,according to which the reasonable supporting strength of hydraulic supports is calculated.
