≥5次献血对机体铁调素的影响及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨机体≥5次献血对铁调素(Hepcidin,HEPC)的影响及其临床意义。方法收集天津地区自愿献血者血液样本70例,统计18个月内累计献血次数,献血次数大于等于5次为研究组(n=30),献血2~4次为对照组(n=40)。ELISA法测定血清HEPC,迈瑞BS800全自动生化分析仪测定血脂及铁蛋白(Ferritin,FER)。结果研究组与对照组比较FER、HEPC明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析表明HEPC浓度下降为机体≥5次献血后的保护因素。结论HEPC水平降低与献血关系密切,HEPC下降是大于等于5次献血后机体的保护因素。献血使HEPC水平下降,与降低心血管疾病发病风险可能存在潜在联系。 Objective To explore the effect of≥5 times blood donation on hepcidin(HEPC)and its clinical significance.Methods 70 cases of blood samples were collected from voluntary blood donors in Tianjin,and the cumulative times of blood donation within 18 months was counted.40 cases with 2~4 times of blood donation were selected as the control group,30 cases with≥5 times of blood donation were selected as the research group.HEPC in serum was detected by ELISA method,blood lipid and ferritin(FER)were detected by Mairui BS800 automatic biochemical analyzer.Results Compared with the control group,FER and HEPC in the research group significantly decreased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the decrease of HEPC concentration was the protective factor of the body after≥5 times of blood donation.Conclusion The decrease of HEPC level was closely related to blood donation,and the decrease of HEPC was a protective factor for the body after≥5 times of blood donation.The decrease in HEPC level caused by blood donation may be related to the reduction of cardiovascular disease risk.
