MDT联合Mini-CEX模式在肿瘤学规培生教学中的探索

Exploration of MDT Combined with Mini-CEX in Oncology Standardized Training of Residents

恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率逐年升高,严重威胁人类健康。通过住院医师规范化培训,培养肿瘤专科及非肿瘤专科医师的临床肿瘤学基础理论及基本技能,有积极的社会价值及临床意义。多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)模式是目前肿瘤治疗公认的最佳模式,迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)是目前国内主要的教学评测工具,两者结合用于临床肿瘤学规培生教学有利于打破学科壁垒,加强学生与教师的沟通、交流,提高学生临床综合能力,提升临床教学质量,值得在规培生临床肿瘤学教学中推广应用。

The morbidity and mortality of cancer have showed a yearly rising trend,which seriously threatens human health.Through oncology standardized training,developing the basic theory and basic skill training of oncological physicians and non-oncological physicians has very important social value and clinical significance.Multi-disciplinary team(MDT)is now considered the best mode of cancer treatment,and Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)is the main teaching evaluation tool.MDT combined with Mini-CEX can break the barriers between disciplines,strengthen communication between students and teachers,improve students'clinical comprehensive ability,and promote the clinical teaching quality,which is worth popularizing in the clinical oncology teaching.
