摘要
以超细天然陶土、改性硅溶胶、改性脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺烷氧基化合物、脂肪醇环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷化合物等为原料,研制出陶土精练稳定剂QHG,并将其用于棉针织物的精练工艺中。结果表明,QHG是一只低泡性、强乳化渗透性、能掩蔽Fe^3+等金属离子的多功能精练稳定剂;用于棉针织物的精练,能显著提升织物的洁净度、白度、毛效、强力和内在质感,减少织物煮漂的损耗,在织物加白时还有明显的增艳及匀染作用,同时能降低废水的COD值,符合纺织化学品可持续发展的要求。
A clay refining stabilizer QHG,is developed with alcohol propylene oxide-oxirane compound,ul⁃tra-fine natural clay,modified silica sol,modified fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,fatty amine alkox⁃ide as raw materials,and then is applied to scouring of cotton fabrics.It is found that QHG is an environ⁃mentally-friendly multi-functional refining stabilizer with low foaming and strong emulsification permea⁃bility,and it can mask metal ions such as Fe^3+.Using in cotton scouring process,it can significantly im⁃prove the cleanliness,whiteness,capillary effect,strength and internal texture of the cotton fabric,and reduce the loss of fabric strength in scouring and bleaching,as well as obviously brightening and level⁃ing effect.It can reduce the COD value of wastewater,which can meet the requirements of sustainable development of textile chemicals.
