摘要
以N-(2-羟乙基)丙烯酰胺、亚磷酸二甲酯为和环氧氯丙烷主要原料,分步反应合成一种麻织物用无醛氮磷阻燃剂。分别探究了物料比、反应时间、反应温度及催化剂用量对阻燃剂效果的影响。试验结果表明,当n[N-(2-羟乙基)丙烯酰胺]∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶2.2,反应时间为12 h,第一步反应温度为55℃,第二步反应温度为75℃,催化剂质量分数为2%时,阻燃剂对汉麻织物的阻燃效果最佳。
A nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant without aldehyde is synthesized with N-(2-hydroxyeth⁃yl)acrylamide,dimethyl phosphite and epichlorohydrin as the main raw materials.The single factor meth⁃od is used to investigate the effect of material ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature and catalyst dosage on the properties of the retardant.The experimental results show that when n[N-(2-hydroxyethyl)acrylamide]∶n(epichlorohydrin)is 1∶2.2,reaction time is 12 h with reaction temperature of 55℃for first step and 75℃for second step,and the amount of the catalyst is 2%,the flame retardant effect on the hemp fabric is the best.
