摘要
目的分析沈阳市三甲医院护士逆境商现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,于2018年11月至12月选取沈阳市3家三甲医院,运用一般资料调查表和护士逆境商量表对327名护士进行横断面调查。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析,应用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析进行单因素分析;应用多元线性回归模型进行多因素分析。结果护士逆境商为(110.76±18.00)分。职位、独生子女、是否热爱护理工作和考虑转行影响护士逆境商的水平(均P<0.05)。结论沈阳市三甲医院护士逆境商处于中等偏上水平,职位、独生子女、是否热爱护理工作和考虑转行是护士逆境商的影响因素。管理者应有针对性地采取措施来提高护士逆境商水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of nurses'adversity quotient(AQ)and its influencing factors in tertiary hospitals in Shenyang.Methods Researchers used a random sampling method to select three hospitals in Shenyang city in November and December of 2018,and administered a general information questionnaire and the nurse AQ scale to 327 nurses using a cross-sectional survey.SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis,and an independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA were used for univariate analysis.A multivariate linear regression model was used for multivariate analysis.Results The AQ score of nurses in Shenyang was 110.76±18.00.A nurse’s position,characteristic of being an only child,love of nursing work,and consideration of career change had an impact on his or her AQ(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenyang nurses’AQ was relatively high.The factors influencing AQ were position,only child status,love of nursing work,and consideration of career change.Nursing managers should take suitable measures to improve the level of nurses'AQ.
