某连续钢箱曲梁在竖向荷载作用下的试验研究

摘要 以某市跨坐式单轨交通为工程背景,抽取两跨连续钢箱曲梁进行静载试验,通过现场试验的方法对曲梁结构的竖向、横向位移进行了测试,对曲梁在竖向荷载作用下的变形进行分析。详细介绍了实验过程中测点的布置方式,利用荷载效应等效原则确定实验设计荷载,并结合连续梁结构的内力分布特点,确定了现场试验中典型截面的最不利荷载工况,通过千斤顶和反力架结合施压,完成静载试验测试。最后,将实验结果与理论计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:曲梁在静载荷下,竖向变形均满足各项规定的要求;横向位移较大,残余变形满足要求,曲梁外侧面有凸像变形现象产生,且发生轻微的扭转翘曲变形,结构处于弹性工作状态,各项指标满足相关要求。 Based on the engineering background of a straddle monorail traffic bridge in a city, two-span continuous steel box curved beams are selected for static load test. The vertical and transverse displacements of the curved beams are tested by field test method, and the deformation of the curved beams under vertical load is analyzed. The layout of measuring points in the process of experiment is introduced in detail, and the design load is determined by using the principle of load effect equivalence. Combined with the internal force distribution characteristics of continuous beam structure, the most disadvantageous load condition of typical section in field test is determined.Finally, the experimental results are compared with the theoretical results. The results show that under static load, the vertical deformation of curved beams meets the requirements of various regulations and the lateral displacement is large, the structure is in a non-linear elastic state, and the residual deformation is large. Under the action of this load,there is a phenomenon of convex deformation on the outer side of the curved beam, and a slight torsional warping deformation occurs.
