福建海丝传统体育文化遗产的保护发展——从遗产廊道视角

Protection and Development of the Maritime Silk Road Traditional Sports Cultural Heritage in Fujian——From the Perspective of Heritage Corridors

福建传统体育文化遗产是优秀传统文化的多元组成部分,具有鲜明的“海丝”特质,但在长期的保护发展过程中,政策引导不足、遗产资源缺乏统筹整合、合作协调机制未能明确、文化遗产资源产业化能力疲弱等问题,极大地阻碍了其在21世纪海丝核心区建设中作用的发挥。研究认为,可以引进美国较新的遗产廊道理论,以此引领福建传统体育文化遗产的保护发展工作,确立海丝廊道区域化整体化的保护发展方向,加强廊道政策法规建设,充实完善海丝廊道传统体育文化遗产资源系统,提高文化遗产资源活态利用效益,实现传统体育文化遗产的创新性发展和创造性转化,从而助推福建海丝核心区建设战略的实施。

Fujian traditional sports cultural heritage is a multi-component part of excellent Chinese traditional culture with distinctive“Maritime silk road”characteristics.But the insufficiency of policy guidance,lack of overall planning and integration of heritage resources,unclear cooperation and coordination mechanism,and weak industrialization capacity of cultural heritage resources seriously hinder its function in the construction of the core area of the 21st century maritime silk road.Suggests that the newer heritage corridor theory in the United States can be introduced,take this as the perspective to lead the protection and development of Fujian traditional sports cultural heritage,orient the regional and integrated protection and development of the maritime silk road corridor,strengthen the construction of corridor policies and regulations,enrich and improve the resource system of traditional sports and cultural heritage of maritime silk road corridor,and improve the living utilization efficiency of cultural heritage resources.So as to realize the innovative development and creative transformation of traditional sports cultural heritage,boost the implementation of the construction strategy of the core area of Fujian maritime silk road.
