PDCA循环管理对癌痛患者口服止痛剂依从性及生活质量的影响

The effect of PDCA circular management on compliance of oral analgesics and quality of life of patients with cancer pain

目的探讨计划实施检查评价(PDCA)循环管理对癌痛患者口服止痛剂依从性及生活质量的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将100例癌痛患者分为对照组(n=48,采用常规护理干预)和研究组(n=52,在对照组基础上联合PDCA循环管理干预)。比较两组患者干预前后的依从性评分、癌痛知晓情况、癌痛评分、癌痛控制效果和生活质量。结果干预后,研究组患者的癌痛知晓率、疼痛控制总有效率均高于对照组(P﹤0.05),且服药依从性评分明显高于对照组,癌痛评分明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01)。干预后,研究组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可提高癌痛患者口服止痛剂的依从性和疼痛控制效果,从而改善患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of applying plan-do-check-adjust(PDCA)circular management on the compliance of oral analgesics and quality of life of patients with cancer pain.Method One hundred patients with cancer pain were included in the study and further divided into control group(n=48,routine nursing intervention)and study group(n=52,combining PDCA cycle management intervention on the basis of control group)according to a random number table.The compliance score,cancer pain awareness,cancer pain score,cancer pain control effect and quality of life were recorded for the two groups and compared.Result After the intervention,the cancer pain awareness rate and total effective rate of pain control were higher in study group than in control group(P<0.05),besides,the compliance score of oral analgesics was significantly higher in study group than in control group,with lower pain score recorded for study group compared to control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the quality of life in study group patients was generally better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circular management efficiently improves the compliance of oral analgesics medication and pain control effect for patients with cancer pain patients,thus may help improve the quality of life of patients.
