摘要 随着人们生活方式的改变及肥胖的流行,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的患病率呈持续升高趋势。根据体质指数(BMI),NAFLD可分为肥胖型NAFLD和非肥胖型NAFLD。与肥胖型NAFLD患者相比,非肥胖型NAFLD患者虽缺乏肥胖表型,但同样存在代谢紊乱,其发生代谢性疾病和心血管疾病的风险甚至更大。该文就非肥胖型NAFLD的特点及其研究进展作一综述。
